Request Account & Data Deletion
Use this form to submit a deletion request for your DeckPilot account and all associated data held by Creator Studios Labs. Requests are processed within 30 days.
How account deletion works

Submit this form
Fill in your registered email address and the in-app user ID (found in Settings → Account → User ID). Select what you'd like deleted, then submit.

Email confirmation
We will send a confirmation email to the address you provide within 2 business days. You may be asked to verify ownership of the account.
- 3
Deletion processed
Once verified, all requested data is permanently deleted within 30 days. You will receive a final confirmation email when the deletion is complete.
Done
Your account and selected data are removed from our systems.
Data that is deleted
- Account profile & credentials
- Saved scene presets & configurations
- App preferences & settings
- Usage analytics linked to your account
- Push notification tokens
Data retained (required by law)
- Transaction & purchase records — retained for 7 years per financial regulations
- Aggregated, anonymised analytics — not linked to your identity
- Support correspondence — retained for 90 days after deletion
