Request Data Deletion

Use this form to request deletion of personal data that Creator Studios Labs holds in connection with your use of DeckPilot. You may request deletion of specific data types or all personal data at once. Requests are processed within 30 days.

How to request data deletion

Complete the form below
Provide your registered email address and in-app User ID (found under Settings → Account → User ID). Select the specific types of data you want removed, then submit.

Identity verification
We will send a verification email to your address within 2 business days. You must confirm ownership of the account before we process the deletion.

Data removed within 30 days
Once verified, the selected data is permanently deleted from our live systems and backups within 30 days. A final confirmation email is sent when complete.
Confirmation sent
You receive a final email confirming all requested data has been erased.

What data we hold and how long we keep it

Additional context (optional)

I understand that deleted data is permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Data retained for legal reasons will remain as described above.
